Can anybody apply?

Our programmes are open to people who have graduated with a degree or due to graduate in Summer 2019. You must also meet the minimum eligibility criteria as stated on the job advert and have the legal right to work in the UK.

Can I apply for more than one position?

You can only apply for one position but if we feel that you may be suitable for another graduate position, we will be in contact.

When does the application stage close?

The application stage will close on 20th December 2018.

What are the recommended browsers and settings to complete the application process?

Please make sure you have a stable internet connection, the latest version of flash downloaded and your security settings set to medium. 

  • Internet Explorer 7+
  • Mozilla Firefox 10+
  • Safari 4.0 - 5.1 (on MacOS 10.5 and 10.6/7 )
  • Google Chrome from version 18+

How long do I have to complete the tests/online assessments?

Please complete all tests within 5 days of receiving them. If you require any further time to complete these tests, please contact the team at earlycareers@o2.com

I haven't yet received an email to confirm my application within 48hours, who can I contact?

If you have not yet received your email to confirm your application within 2 working days of applying, contact the team at earlycareers@o2.com

The online assessment links aren’t working for me what can I do?

If the link to your online assessment isn't working, please try the following steps.

  • Try an alternative browser.
  • Ensure browser security settings are set on medium.
  • Instead of clicking on the link, try to copy and paste the link into the address bar.

My internet connection failed and the test locked me out what should I do?

You will have been given a user ID when first creating your account. Please log back in and start the test again. If you are still having difficulty, please contact earlycareers@o2.com

If I have an issue accessing or trying to complete my online assessment tests, who do I contact?

What are my scores for the online assessments?

If you were successful in the online assessment you'll get a video interview invite otherwise you'll get a notification from one of our recruiters.

How long do I have to complete the video interview?

5 days

When does the programme start?

Our graduate programmes will start in September 2019.

Where will I be based if I’m a successful candidate?

Majority of roles are in the South (Slough) with a few in Leeds and other locations.

What is the salary?

The starting salary for the Graduate programme is £30,000 per annum.

Will there be a job at the end of the Programme?

It is a requirement of our Graduate Programme that you complete your qualification within the period stipulated.

Once you have completed the programme, we will look to find you a suitable permanent role in the business.

What are the opportunities for progression?

Personal development is something we have a huge focus on at O2. It’s your responsibility to work with your line manager and have regular 1:1 conversations about how you are progressing in your role, any support you might need, and what opportunities there might be for you to develop and progress in your role.

Do you offer visa/sponsorship for the graduate programme?

Our programmes are open to candidates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria and have the legal right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not offer sponsorship for our graduate programme.
