¿WHAT DO WE DO IN OUR TEAM? 

Telefónica Tech's Purchasing unit is responsible for providing services related to the management of the process of acquiring goods and product services.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK BE LIKE? 

your mission will be the correct adjudication of the purchasing process, ensuring the best prices and complying with the Group's regulations. In your day-to-day work you will mainly carry out:

• Follow up on relevant procurement issues in the country by submitting a weekly report to the person in charge on the critical points to be addressed and the progress made during the week.

• Analyze potential synergies by adding demand and propose in such cases to make a general purchase.

• Focus on the cataloguing of all offers and pursue the correct registration of the manufacturer and wholesaler in each process.

• To analyze and build a lasting relationship with suppliers and strategic partners throughout the region to obtain the best possible prices.

• Understand and address the needs of the business to prioritize and order purchases.

• Establish regular purchases and identify usual purchases to propose the creation of a general purchase.

• Carrying out a study of the main masses of opex and capex existing in each geography and proposing an action plan to open up the main items to the market and achieve the savings target.

• Establish general purchases with the usual suppliers in order to maintain the company's cost structure within the annual budgets and with the aim of reducing ordinary purchases, cataloguing all general purchases without exception.

• Work on the unification, homogenization and simplification of processes, ensuring compliance with the standard.

Experience  

• University studies, at least 4 years of experience in similar positions
• Strong knowledge of the MCT purchasing manual
• Highly developed negotiation profile to conduct high-level negotiations

Education

        Degree in Economics/Business Administration and Management/engineering

       We will value postgraduate degree

Technical knowledge  

We need you to have

• Knowledge of suppliers in the field of cyber security, cloud and Internet of Things.
• Knowledge of MCT (Telefónica's Purchasing Manual) and Telefónica's internal processes.
• Knowledge of office tools (especially excel); knowledge of management control/accounting (project environment)
• Knowledge of SRM, SAP and GEP

LENGUAGES

• Spanish C1+
• English C1+
