YOUR DAY TO DAY WORK… 

The Telefonica Tech Talent Development Manager role will help us to unify the talent development  processes in all geographies where Telefónica Tech is present. He /she will evaluate, coordinate and implement our talent growth  programs being involved in:

• Coordination and implementation of global corporate processes related to performance and development management. 
• Design, monitor and manage overall leadership and guidance career development. Evaluate and monitori  the high-potential  talent developing a talent map that allows us to carry out direct actions focused on its development.
• Collaborate with managers to set clear and measurable goals, as well as identify and address areas for improvement in performance.
• Collect and analyze data related to human talent development. Monitoring KPIs and preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing key insights into the state of talent in the company.

AND FOR THAT, WE THINK IT WOULD BE IDEAL FOR YOU TO HAVE… 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related. Desirable  (Master in Human Resources Management, Coaching, People Analytics or related).      
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a multi-national and/or technology related company.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in talent development, assestment and  performance management.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Microsoft Office proficient and desirable Power BI

• Mandatory fluent Spanish and English (C1/C2)
