In the Future Workplace unit part of Product&Innovation area at Telefónica Cloud & Cybersecurity Tech, we accompany our customers accelerating in their digital transformation.
The next frontier is cloud-nativeness, a hybrid workforce and the urgency of securing and controlling the ever-expanding perimeter of any digital business. For our customers, this acceleration cannot be postponed. In the Future Workplace Marketing unit in charge of defining the strategy, the portfolio of products and their roadmap and designing the customer journey for all the Future Workplace services to be developed within TTECH. We incubate and scale market leading initiatives aiming to transform our company and our customers' competitive advantage in their markets. Inside the Product Marketing Unit, we continuously explore the future to bring business and technology innovations all over the world to our products and services. Those accepting the challenge of joining the team, should share this innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and our passion for building the future of a cloud-centric and secure workplace. Within our portfolio, we have the opportunity of building and deliver our solutions and managed services around omnichannel, collaboration, virtualization, productivity and other tools for the workplace of the future. We work both with existing services of our portfolio that are continuously evolving and new product launches that our customers are demanding.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK…
As a Product Manager you will autonomously and proactively...
- Lead product strategy: define business and technical strategy for the assigned products or families of products. This includes prioritization strategy for our products based on market sizing/potential and growth and profitability analysis.
- Push marketing and go-to market: define pricing, portfolio position, commercial channels, and commercial incentives for the assigned product/s.
- Define and design products and services: specify features, work on the backlog under Agile methodologies with the technical team, build the roadmap, work with engineering, design, etc. to guarantee the product delivery, assure the product quality...
- Build the product business case: design, deliver and evolve the expected business case including hypothesis, market and customer data, cost assumptions, etc. to manage an E2E P&L of the assigned product/s.
- Gather and analyze market and customer insights: be the voice of the customer and the market within the organization.
- Develop the business: build strategic partnerships to complement our value proposition and technologies.
- Coordinate technical and operating teams: coordinate with other areas such as technology or operations to deliver the commercial plans of the assigned product/s
- Communicate: prepare materials to present to C-level inside Telefonica and towards clients. Prepare sales readiness in our sales and presales teams. Support launching communications and marketing campaigns.
AND FOR THAT, WE THINK IT WOULD BE IDEAL FOR YOU TO HAVE...
Experience
+ 5 years in:
- Product roles or strategy/business consulting company with demonstrated top performance.
- Working in Technology background
- Technical knowledge will be valued; particularly for virtualization technologies
- Experience in product management roles or Service Delivery Roles will be valuated.
- Experience in financial and business modelling
- Experience in sales / Presales teams selling Cloud / Digital services will be valuated
Training
- Engineering or IT degree.
- MBA or similar (desired)
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge/certification in Citrix virtualization will be valuated.
- Knowledge in cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and Azure virtual desktop will be valuated.
- Knowledge in security solutions based on Microsoft will be valuated.
- Technical knowledge will be valued; particularly for cloud/connectivity products and/or SW development.
