Become the Digital Services reference partner of the assigned customers. Help our customers in their digital transformation journey to improve their businesses to be more competitive in the digital world.



As a PreSales Engineer you will bes responsible for developing business opportunities within the Digital services sector and providing support to assigned German customers.In your day to day, it will be usual to face tasks of the following type: 

  • Writing and construction of the offer to the final customer.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Manage Digital Services opportunities throughout their lifecycle.
  • Design technical solution and build the entire business case.
  • Develop partner relationships with the purpose of enhancing the standard offering and value proposition.
  • Understand and/or detect customer needs and requirements and provide expert advice on the design of IT solutions.
  • Manage client demands and expectations from a technical point of view.
  • Work with priority, multinational and local accounts sales teams to support the commercial processes, with focus on the client technical needs and taking part in technical solution definition.
  • Gather most of the technical knowledge from a sales perspective, sharing and training the commercial support team in technical knowledge.
  • Engage proactively with the Global areas (Presales, Procurement, Operations, Finances…) to ensure the client demands are met.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to prepare product training sessions for local sales, presales and engineering teams.
  • Keep up to date with Digital technologies and industry trends
  • Delivery against defined and agreed sales targets milestones, KPI’s & achievement of Financial Metrics, revenue and profitability.



  • Typically requires at least a BS/CS degree. MBA or MSC and relevant industry certifications desired (ISACA CISA - ISACA CISSP (completed course mandatory, certification desired) - Cisco CCNA - Cisco CCNP - Fortinet NSE4 - ICSI CNSS and other relevant industry certifications (IBM, Juniper, Sophos, Microsoft, Palo Alto, etc.)
  • Minimum of 5 years of Strong experience as Sales Engineer/ Sales Consultant in the Digital industry // Experience in Presales and Operations areas.Desirable to have worked with large accounts (IBEX35, CAC40, DAX)
      • Testing new products and analyzing possible fit in market to take advantage over other players.
      • In dealing and managing global solution for multinational companies with global coverage.
      • Working in a professional corporate environment, B2B and B2B2C sector with good knowledge of the Digital market.
  • Deep knowledge about T-Tech global organization, (presales, operations, product, finance…) in order to make things happen in a startup environment. Specific knowledge about current T-Tech business processes (technical validations, financial approvals, procurement flow and requirements, order management flow, 3PS/DPA, compliance normative)
  • Strong knowledge of the Digital industry, value chain, market, players, and ecosystems and experience in similar positions and proven track record at developing business opportunities in the Digital space.
  • Professional and confident in manner, and possessing both technical and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to deal effectively with customers, peers and others. Influencing and negotiating skills with the sales force. Enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills and passion for customer service.
  • Ability to balance business and commercial risks with the requirements of our customer’s and Telefónica’s goal to win new business. Innovative and creative throughout the sales process. A desire to find solutions to problems and meet all customer’s requirements whilst understanding the commitment to deliver all that is confirmed in a bid response.
  • Critical thinker with a problem-solving attitude. Can analyze situations and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written skills with a good understanding of effective Bid writing and ability to negotiate.
