Accountabilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers and partners.
  • Work with prospects and existing customers to understand their strategic goal, priorities and business requirements.
  • Support the commercial team in the opportunity qualification process.
  • Engage with the commercial team, operations teams and partners to create compelling solution offerings.
  • Participate in the sales process through input into RFI’s, PQQs, RFP’s and ITT’s.
  • Keep abreast of developments in the technology industry to support Incremental’s ability to bid for and deliver modern, competitive solutions.
  • Design and deliver compelling solution demonstrations to help customers understand the value of the Dynamics platform.
  • Enable the commercial team to better understand the Microsoft product set and its application in varying scenarios.
  • Contribute to revenue growth for the organisation.
  • Participate in company marketing activity such as webinars, forums and user groups.
  • Build relationships with key technical and sales contacts within Microsoft and Incremental’s partner community.
  • Provide support in Microsoft Catalyst Envisioning and Business Value engagements.
  • Undertake all mandatory company training within the timescales provided

 

Technical and Proffesional Skills..

  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Business Central, Finance & Supply Chain) and the Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of legacy Microsoft Dynamics 365 versions such as Navision or AX is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience of building and configuring engaging solution demonstrations.
  • The ability to create high quality written proposals and functional documentation.
  • Strong and convincing communication skills across all media forms.
  • The ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Able to engage with third parties, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Able to manage personal workload and prioritise on short, medium and long-term individual goals.
