Technical Product Owner - BSS

In this role you’ll be the owner of all technical aspects of our new BSS billing Platform, including architecture, solution design, service design, technical assurance, and governance!

Key responsibilties:

  • Product ownership - being accountable for the solution architecture, design, and technical governance. Working with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to establish high-level solution intent, and the solution intent information models and documentation requirements.
  • Architecture & Design - Evolve architecture as per agile practices to enable better value for money, scalability, robustness, and alignment to product KPIs.
  • Technical Governance - Create and maintain a knowledge repository the BSS platform, covering architecture, design, service, support documentation.
  • Innovation & Evangelism - Provide software development and software technology leadership for the platform, being aware of new technologies and how they can bring value to the business.

 

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Experience in Architecture and Design across online/digital/ecommerce technologies
  • Experience with BSS full stack technologies and architecture patterns, including product catalogue
  • Experience working with in a telecommunications business
