About the role

Working in a small team but with great scope stretching across the wider Mobile Division. Along with the Supplier Relationship Manager you will be responsible for driving supplier value and governance as part of the Supplier Framework across the Mobile Division. In addition, you will get experience of both CAPEX and OPEX budget management, providing financial support and driving accountability with contract/budget holders for Mobile Operations. You will support with submissions and presentation packs for the Investment Sub Committee, Smart Spending and 3 year planning process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop supplier data and dashboard across the Mobile Division, demonstrating a clear process to collating and updating data to provide a single source truth.
  • Analyse supplier data and spend to identify efficiencies and risks to the Mobile business. Build a strong relationship with Procurement, Contract/Budget Owners and Supplier Relationship Manager and provide 12 Month priority pipeline.
  • Use clear and simple reporting to hold Budget holders accountable for delivering targeted savings. Provide periodic reporting on progress including identify risks and opportunities to key stakeholders.
  • Embed the Supplier Framework, demonstrating the financial savings and benefits through effective story-telling to Contract/Budget Owners and other Stakeholders across Mobile whilst been recognised as a subject matter expert.
  • Lead on pipeline, collating requirements and submission for all Smart Spend across the  Property Systems and Infrastructure team. Drive contract/budget owners to deliver quality inputs.
  • Ownership of Mobile Operations Capex Programme Spend from reporting, forecasting and administration. Lead on bi-weekly Capex Programme calls.
  • Manage the Capex Programme roadmap, provide analysis on programme spend and identify any risk and opportunities. 
  • Provide input into pre read/Strategy packs for Finance Governance and Sub-Committee.
