Job title: Sales Operations Manager

Reporting to: Commercial Operations Lead

About the role:

 

The purpose of the role is to set up the teams for success and enable them to reach their revenue targets by building efficient sales and business processes, improving the data analytics to drive internal decision-making and effective pipeline management, and contributing to improving customer experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Sales, and Functional (Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing) teams across a wide range of commercial B2B processes and opportunities.

The must-haves

 

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of how processes, data, and technology can enable problems and opportunities
  • Experience with: data analysis, SQL, data pipeline, Power BI or other Business data analytics tools for creating dashboards and improving data visualization
  • Capable of breaking down complex issues and identifying key drivers; can identify cross-functional upstream and downstream impacts
  • Ability to manage cross-functional strategy reviews, create and understand advanced business models, and interpret data to inform commercial changes.
  • Work with Sales management to define GTM and territory coverage models. Provide analysis and recommendations on topics such as customer segmentation, territory design, and sales coverage support. Support for goal setting and quota allocation to ensure the delivery of our ambition.
  • Optimize sales processes to increase sales efficiency, by supporting the digitalization of the sales operating model and automating sales processes
  • Ensuring effective management of sales pipeline across all products and areas, centralizing reporting, and managing internal communications
  • Monitoring and automating our E2E customer processes to ensure better results and customer engagement (desirable)

  • Experience with data analysis, modelling, SQL, and presentations. Experience in implementing Power BI or other Business data analytics tools for creating dashboards and improving data visualization
  • Capable of breaking down complex issues and identifying key drivers; can identify cross-functional upstream and downstream impacts.
  • Experience in extracting, sampling, and visualization of large datasets.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional strategy reviews, create and understand advanced business models, and interpret data to inform commercial changes.
