About the Role:

The role holder will be responsible for creation, review and delivery of the SMB Sales Operations Plan.

 

Reporting to the Head of SMB Sales Operations, the role holder will deliver solutions that increase mobile/digital/hardware revenues and value, reduce churn, increase CSI and make O2 the supplier of choice for SMB Customers across Direct and Indirect Channels,

 

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver measurable improvement in SMB by:

  • continuous review of the current Sales experience
  • documentation & monitoring of all KPIs and business requirements
  • analysis & review of existing Processes
  • identification & prioritisation of Process Improvements, mapping improvements to wider VMO2 capabilities, developments and projects
  • ensuring value by use of Business Case, ROI, & Cost Benefit analysis
