About the role

 

You will play a meaningful role within our Small/ Medium Business Sector.

We provide compelling customer propositions and offers across the customer lifecycle to achieve the overall SMB segment plan. We use extensive customer, market and commercial insight to bring all the marketing mix (product, pricing, channel, communication) together in a way to win in Virgin Media O2’s priority SMB customer segments.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Uses customer insight and audience segmentation to understand the needs of prospects and customers and how our products and services best meet their needs
  • Build insight-led value propositions and messages, that give businesses a compelling reason to join/stay/spend more with Virgin Media O2, aligned to the overall brand narrative and segment strategy
  • Tackle test and learn initiatives ahead of developing fully systemised propositions and offers
  • Take to market of propositions, including Legal and Regulatory, Financial approval, Channel readiness etc.
  • Builds clear briefs to engage all key partners teams from early concept to clear execution and in-life performance management of initiatives
  • Seeks fast and efficient/digital routes to find and attract customers

 

Essential Skills:

 

  • B2B customer proposition and offer development experience
  • Experience in rapid "test and learn" of propositions and offers in digital environments
  • Strong commerciality with an instinct for business casing and commercial evaluations
  • Strong influencing, and teamwork skills, willing to challenge others to get results
  • Ability to deliver and complete projects in complex environments
  • Ability to clearly communicate plans
