We’re at an important stage in our journey in SMB, as Virgin Media and O2 join forces to supercharge businesses across the UK.


The SMB CVM Manager will be responsible for delivering base management initiatives and campaigns to deliver against our business goals; improving the combined Virgin Media O2 products and services to increase share of wallet, ensuring we deliver a market leading experience to our customers.


We need you to help us develop and deliver a clear CVM Marketing plan across the customer lifecycle, including cross-sell, up-sell, NPS and regulatory and product-led initiatives!

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • A customer champion, passionate about understanding business customers and their needs coupled with the ability to identify and develop commercial opportunities.
  • Experience of the B2B market
  • Strong commerciality and willing to work in an agile way to deliver results
  • Collaboration and team-working skills, willing to work with others to get results
  • Ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver and execute in complex environments
