Responsibilities

  • Partner with Resourcing teams to use workforce planning information to plan media activity and ensure brand and attraction solutions are in place for resourcing requirements in a timely fashion.
  • Harness opportunities to promote the business as an employer brand; develop and continuously improve website and other online channels; develop and make use of website analytics to drive approaches;
  • Leverage social media to promote the organisation and generate high quality candidates.
  • Review the use of all channels for niche/hard to fill roles to ensure value for money and quality delivery.
  • Support the delivery of a direct sourcing capability through enhancing internal capability to leverage online and social tools such as LinkedIn.
  • Create systems to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment advertising strategies along with regular reports to review this and recommend actions.
  • Delivery of Resourcing Attraction Plan projects and initiatives on time and to budget through collaborating with relevant colleagues to ensure alignment on relevant initiatives.
  • Delivering metrics and insight to drive continuous improvement in attraction approaches.
  • Ensure the Resourcing team is trained as required to deliver attraction strategies and training.
  • Campaign management and attraction solutions to support fulfilling requirements in hard to fill locations and generating pipelines ahead of demand

The Person

  • Will have a proven track record in successfully delivering Recruitment Brand and Attraction strategies, supporting marketing campaigns and driving through implementation and evaluation life-cycles in an international context.
  • Evidence of success in working and consulting with a wide range of stakeholders and partners to achieve agreed recruitment advertising objectives.
  • Project and budget management skills as well as supplier and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Possess a consulting mindset to support engagement with diverse internal and external partners.
  • Drive and determination to deliver against plans and objectives.

 

Experience Required

 

  • Bachelors Degree in HR, Marketing or other relevant qualification
  • Previous experience supporting a recruitment function across social media campaigns, candidate generation and attraction strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for reporting and working with technology
  • Experience of digital recruitment advertising strategies (PPC, programmatic, paid social)
  • Knowledge and experience working with recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems

Strong MS Office skills including Advanced Excel experience
