About the role:


The Paid Social Manager is responsible for planning and managing paid social tactics for VMO2B. The primary function of the role is to have a deep understanding of Business/segment goals, supervise campaign quality, and consistently and proactively evaluate new opportunities to improve performance.


About the team:


As a Digital Marketing team, we are responsible for the digital acquisition strategy and targets across paid and owned channels within VMO2 Business. We lead the digital media plans and execution including optimisation in life.

Key Responsibilities


  • To understand the relationship between paid, owned, and earned social media tactics
  • Proven knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, etc
  • Understanding of analytics tools (such as Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics)
  • Staying familiar with the new and evolving product offerings
  • Observe the latest trends, including advertising formats, channels and technologies, to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how the Business/segments can best leverage new tools and services
  • Familiarity with supervising campaign financials, budgets, and processing program invoices


Essential skills:


  • Experience in planning and buying display media
  • Experience in crafting and optimizing owned marketing channels
  • Comfortable in collecting and analysing data and insights from campaigns e.g. google analytics, and Adobe.
  • You are an expert in digital marketing principles such as SEO, optimisation, A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience in building a clear and simple presentation from complex analytics
  • Commercial experience with Google Analytics, Adwords and third-party search tools including reporting and measuring campaign performance and efficiency.


Desirable skills:


  • Experience in tracking paid search performance-critical metrics
  • Experience in delivering large projects and leading significant project workstreams
  • Experience with an agile and ambiguous way of working
