Delivery Manager (E-Commerce)

In this role you will be responsible for the successful end to end delivery of projects across our legacy online/digital applications, ensuring delivery is achieved on time and within the budget, quality and scope.

The key responsibilties:

  • E2E delivery accountability from front door to design/build/test, deployment to production and early life including management of third party suppliers delivering change.
  • Lead on financial planning – CPA, budgets, POs and Clarity
  • Manage IT Front door, ensuring DIAs and delivery plans are turned around in a timely manner and are of good quality
  • Ensure that stakeholders and team members have adequate visibility of the project approach and plan including key milestones, deliverables, acceptance criteria and dependencies
  • Employ effective project governance to ensure delivery to time, cost, quality and agreed scope
  • Operate and maintain clear stakeholder management strategies and plans to inform and influence stakeholders as necessary to improve the probability of success
  • Effective management of risks, issues and resource management.


The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Experience leading complex projects across the full delivery lifecycle
  • Experience working with web and mobile app technologies
  • Vendor/Supplier Management experience
