Salary - £23,728 / year with potential current commission structure meaning you can earn up to an extra £1.5k per month


Start dates 3rd Oct, 24th/31st Oct


Do you already have some experience working within a busy call centre or have you worked within a Sales or Customer Service environment? If so, take a look through what’s on offer.

A bit more about the team:
Become part of our wider Sales & Retention team whose role is to retain and grow our customer base, connectivity and create brand loyalty wherever possible.  
The team sells mobile, sim only, and connected devices like laptops and tablets. We also sell smart tech, accessories and added services like Disney Plus and Apple Music.


How will you fit into this?
As a Recontracts Advisor your role is to protect, maintain, and increase O2’s customer base. You will do this by putting the customer at the heart of your thinking, ensuring each customer obtains the best possible value from all their interactions with you.

What do we need from you?
 A self-driven and motivated attitude
•    The ability to demonstrate flexibility in thinking, showing drive and passion in achieving results and a world class service
•    Passionate about working in an environment where the priority is ensuring our customers are equipped with the products they need
•    Previous experience in a call centre, sales, or customer service environment 
•    A proven track record of delivering to/exceeding targets, and meeting deadlines
