Order & Provisioning Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION

• Experience with order management process. Knowledge of ISP ordering process, fulfillment process is a plus
• Control and manage the stakeholders in charge of the provisioning and management of the customer order. 
• Develop and monitor quality KPIs to control the performance of the operational stakeholders.
• Define operational processes procedures and workflows of the Stakeholders in charge of the provisioning and Order management. 
• Ensure quality standards in accordance with the objectives defined with the stakeholders.
• Analyze the order management process implementation and ensure it good practice within UGG IT system.
• Identify potential risk and provide proactive response and mitigation plan to avoid customer complaints. 
• Coordination, implementation, execution, control and ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
• To carry out evaluation of the order management performance and follow-up of SLAs.
• Improve the results of the order management quality by studying, evaluating, and recommending the redesign of processes.

YOUR PROFILE

• Knowledge in S/PRI protocol is plus. 
• Excellent German language skills, proficiency in English, knowledge of Spanish is a plus
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Structured, solution- and goal-oriented way of working 
• Ability to solve problems creatively
• Proactive approach, contribution of own ideas and suggestions for improvements 
• Positive can-do attitude
• Understanding of the Agile Approach
