Network Coordination Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION

The Network Coordination team is located within the Technology & IT (CTIO) unit and is responsible to coordinate the network end-to-end, forecasting, long-term planning as well as cost and KPI analysis, and to program the network process. Transversal, enthusiastic and talent team. 

 

  • Responsibility for cost and management across Technology - including budget, forecasting, long-term planning as well as cost and KPI analysis
  • Central contact person for all topics related to Institutional Relationship area:
    • Coordination, alignment, and planning of our UGG scope for next years
    • Support others departments such as IR department and Network-Economics department
    • Interface between IR team and network department
  • Developing & monitoring of performance KPIs for all the activities in Technology. This includes amongst others:  
    • Collecting daily production data related to HLD network deployment and operation
    • Reviewing the economic analysis of all HLD deployment project activities, considering the results obtained in relation to the new economic objectives to anticipate recurring forecasts
  • Assisting in financial decision making by providing cost analysis to improve production and reduce risk
  • Provide reports to the top management - especially to the CTIO organizations
  • Work with key stakeholders to implement and evolve reports & dashboards and actively drive automation & digitalisation in the department

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Business Administration / Engineering degree or equivalent business experience
  • Proven multi-year experience in comparable positions, ideally in the telecommunications, utilities, or infrastructure industry
  • Very well structured, attentive to details and excellent analytical, numerical, and conceptual skills 
  • Strong communication skills and a passionate team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Ability to present complex and technical issues in a comprehensible way
  • Self-motivated with a high level of proactivity and flexibility 
  • Excellent knowledge of all common MS Office applications, especially Excel. Experience with tools used in network deployments: workflow, mapping, etc are a plus
  • Experience with ERP (SAP) tools are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in German & English (oral and written), Spanish language skills are a plus
