WHAT DO WE DO ON THE ELEVENPATHS SALES TEAM?

 

In Telefonica Tech we believe the digital business of our customers deserves to live in a framework where the information exchange, the assets and transactions can be done safely and effectively wihtout any threats. With that in mind we develop our own solutions and partner with top technology providers to bring this environment to live. We sell communication and security solutions tailored for our customers and the business challenges of ther digital lives. 

 

 

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES?

 

In your day to day it will be usual to face tasks of the following type:

 

  • The leader in this role will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing the commercial function in Telefonica Tech Inc. in USA
  • The person in charge will be hiring, managing and developing a sales team consisting of highly successful, productive sales specialists and presales specialist capable of attaining and exceeding company revenue expectations as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • This position will drive sales expectations, marketing initiatives and ensure channel profitability.
  • He/She will partner with sales leaders and teams in the channel to support them through understanding of customer requirements, and demonstrating the value of our products, services and solutions.
  • Set ambitious commercial goals, whilst coaching and motivating the team to exceed budget (revenue and sales) expectations.
  • Continuously monitor the sales team performance vs budget expectations, sales plans execution, target fulfilment, revenue and profitability growth
  • Build and retain effective, productive, and motivated sales individuals
  • Open new markets and develop specialized sales channels when required for existing products, services and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Will ensure contractual obligations fulfilment and customer satisfaction is maintained at highest levels by resolving any customer experience issues.
  • Identify and nurture major sales opportunities by developing key customer relationships and identifying cross-selling opportunities within existing client base.
  • Develop and implement key account strategic and tactical plans that insure account penetration and increased annual business
  • Maintaining effective communications and building solid customer relationship throughout the accounts life cycle
  • Actively participate in the global business initiatives that seek to address and seize the business potential of the segments in the territory
  • Liaise and work in conjunction with other department and business leaders to align with business strategy
  • Provide business outlook and follow up, deliver accurate forecasting and ensure continuous development of a sales pipeline

 

 

 

AND FOR THAT, WE THINK IT WOULD BE IDEAL FOR YOU TO HAVE...

 

  • Typically requires at least a BS/CS degree
  • MBA or MSC desired.
  • Relevant industry certifications desired.
  • 10+ years in the IT and communications industry, with management experience and passion for building and working in multicultural and diverse teams
  • Executive engagement ability that allows you to connect with our customers across industries in transformational projects
  • Deep knowledge of the Cloud and Cybersecurity industry to coach customers and influence company direction
  • Create a network that is mutually supportive, including Partner Development 
  • Experience in managing organizational functions including target setting, budget, commercial strategy and forecasts.
  • IT and IS management practices
  • Expert knowledge in the commercial security sales market place
  • Expert knowledge in the commercial security sales market place
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate
  • Critical thinker with a problem solving attitude. Can analyze situations and make informed decisions.
  • Natural leader that manages through difficulties, inspiring and motivating people
  • Enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills and passion for customer service
  • Languages :
    • Fluent English
