We are looking for a person located in Gerrmany (Munich prefered) with self-initiative and a problem solver with deep financial knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating all matters related to finance, HR and administration of Televfonica Tech Germany (TCCTD), specifically:  



  • Provide the inputs (invoices, accruals, salaries file, accounts to use, etc.) to the external BPO to do the accountancy in their own ERP (Datev) and review P&L, BS and general ledger provided by them for approval.
  • Use the accountancy provided by the BPO, banks statements and your own inputs to build the reporting for TCCT Corporation in SAP BPC: P&L and BS.



  • Budgeting and following updates (QFC2 and QFC3).
  • Quarterly outlook.
  • Control of purchase orders and invoices.
  • Reporting of Rossetta (management accounting).
  • Monthly explanation of business performance in bullet points.
  • Weekly review of sales with the commercial team, to make sure the financial statements include all the revenues.



  • Accounts payable: execute payments to providers on due date, providing in advance all the documents requested by internal control for approval (invoices, contracts, Pos, emails, etc.)
  • Cash control: reporting cash in and cash out in SAP BPC and monthly forecasting of the next 5 months.



  • Review and approve the VAT and Corporate tax provided by the external advisor.



  • Coordinate the incorporation of new employees in the company.
  • Review of employment contracts provided by the external HR BPO.
  • Provide inputs (salary, bonus, other benefits) to the BPO to calculate monthly salaries and approve the payslips.
  • Coordinate the payment of salaries, social security and income tax.
  • Review salaries accounting.
  • Control of salaries by concept, cost centre and employee.



  • Communicate with internal (TCCT Spain, T. IoT, TGS, TCE, T. Germany, etc.) and external liaisons (BPOs) to assure that TCCTD´ work and business practices are in line with that of the Group.
  • Oversee and control the day-to-day operations (control of laptops, license, etc.).
  • Review travel expenses of employees and make sure that they follow the internal group travel policy.
  • Continue improving and defining the internal processes to make sure all the activities of the different departments (finance, operations, purchasing and commercial) are coordinated.
  • Coordination with Telefónica Germany to align purchase orders and figures. 





About your experience:

  • At least 7-10 years in similar position
  • Sense of responsibility and decision-making ability as well as a high level of personal initiative.
  • Analytical thinking and high affinity for numbers


 Preferred Qualification

  • Degree or Higher Engineering in business administration or equivalent professional accountancy qualifications.
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint (Essential).
  • Knowledge of SAP or oder ERP is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IFRS, and HGB is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local tax law is of advantage.
