YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK… 

Your Role

As a key member of our Technologist community, you will collaborate closely with Senior Technologists and directly engage with customers in a developmental capacity. Your primary objective is to ensure that all project milestones and deliverables meet the highest standards of professionalism and quality, with a relentless focus on the customer's requirements and interests. You will leverage your understanding of technology and best practices to contribute to the success of the business unit and maintain our commitment to excellence.

Responsabilities

• Collaborate with Senior Technologists and customers to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
• Follow and promote design specifications and proactively ask questions to clarify requirements.
• Adhere to and advocate for best practices in development to maintain high standards of work.
• Participate actively in the Technologist community, including attending Technical Design Authority and Change Advisory Board meetings as appropriate.
• Contribute to the overall technical vision regarding applications, security, and data.
• Utilize technology effectively to achieve work objectives.
• Demonstrate a foundational understanding of development standards, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and relevant Azure technologies.
• Analyze numerical and verbal data, identifying patterns, relationships, and insights to inform decision-making and problem-solving.
• Plan activities and projects in advance, considering potential changes in circumstances, and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, focusing on customer needs and satisfaction, and maintaining high standards for quality and quantity.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, persuading, convincing, and negotiating with others to gain agreement and commitment.
• Undertake mandatory company training within designated timescales.
• Make designs, diagrams and technical documentation.

AND FOR THAT WE THINK IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE … 

Skills

• Significant experience in similar roles.
• Required accreditations in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including familiarity with C#, ASP.Net, Python, Java, JSON for CE, and C/AL, AL, C/SIDE, SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud and its standard products, practices and management.
• Demonstrable customer engagement and management experience.
• Strong communication skills, capable of crafting and presenting proposals and responding to RFI/RFP inquiries.
• A committed desire to learn and expand skillsets, embracing opportunities for development and training.
• Awareness of industry standards and technologies, including the MS technology stack, SSIS, SSRS, & PowerBI.

Desirable Exams:

• PL-600 – Power Platform Solution Architect
• MB-700: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect

LANGUAGES:

• Fluent English - mandatory 

• Spanish
