YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK… 

Your Role

As a Dynamics CE Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our Enterprise Applications pillar, leveraging your Dynamics knowledge and expertise to drive high-profile D365 projects.

Responsabilities

• Work within a delivery team on Dynamics 365 projects. Progresses the objectives & processes, making contributions to supporting business functions.
• Work with customers to understand and define their business process to configure their Dynamics CRM/D365 system.
• Advise customers on best practices for development or integration processes.
• Assist with configuration tasks, data migration and end-to-end testing.
• Provide end-user training courses and ad-hoc coaching.
• Design and test customisations to the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Power Platform system.
• Participate in go-live stages of projects.
• Push projects along through daily communications with the customer and/or project manager.
• Assist on pre-sales engagements, building a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and business challenges, building and delivering demonstrations of solutions.

Skills

• Experience, at least 6 years, in MSFT Dynamics projects
• Experience with Power Platform, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverses and legacy Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems such as, CRM2011, CRM2013, CRM2015, CRM2016, CRMOnline
• Customer facing and stakeholder management; 
• Facilitating customer meetings; 
• Designing solutions; 
• Experience within the Finance Sector (Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance) - Desirable
• Creating documentation. 
• Communication (written and verbal)
• Design and delivery functional elements, e.g. customise and configure without code 
• Design and validation of technical elements, e.g. extending with code
• Testing and validation of solutions. 

Desirable Exams:

• PL-900 - Microsoft Power Platforms Fundamentals.
• PL-200 - Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant.
• PL-400 Power Platform Developer Associate.
• PL-600 Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect.
• MB-910 - Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM).
• AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals.

LANGUAGES:

• Fluent English - mandatory 

• Spanish
