Vacancy Strategy & Transformation Consultant 
Business Area: Strategy, Transformation & Regulation – TEF. Global Solutions

 

Scope:

As our market become more complex, the need of our company to adopt a clear strategy, identify new business opportunities and constantly push the transformation is essential. Our mission is to set a strategy that has practical application across all functional areas, delivering commercial advantage and operational excellence from the ground up. This position will support the Strategy, Transformation & Regulation team.

 

Functions and tasks:

  • Pursue strategic analysis and projects in disruptive technology trends and competition, identifying impacts, risks and opportunities for TGS in the medium / long term.

  • Participate in the TGS Strategic Plan, Strategic Agenda and provide business management as required

  • Conduct market research and analyze data providing insights to the business team

  • Project Management of key initiatives within accommodation area collaborating with stakeholders across the company

  • Active participation in the definition of TGS strategy: Identify and propose changes and initiatives with high impact on the company’s strategy.

  • Design and develop TGS top management presentations for internal and external forums, speaker notes, conferences, storyboards etc:

  • Internal meetings (ExCom, Steering Committees, Business Reviews, etc.)

  • External events (Industry Analyst, Sector summits, etc.)

  • Provide Business Management support to the TGS top management as required

 

Previous experience

  • Experience in strategic analysis & planning

  • Experience in Project Management

  • Experience in innovation strategy, programs and market analysis

  • Experience in dealing with multinational/multicultural environments and teams

  • Experience in strategic consultancy firms would be an advantage

  • Experience of 5 years in the Telecommunications or IT Industry carrying different roles.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including producing high quality business presentations.

  • Knowledge of the digital market and trends

  • Management of time pressures & priorities. Flexibility and ability to react in complex situations

  • Entrepreneurial, independent character with a can-do attitude

  • Networking & leadership to work with virtual teams Excellent analytical, problem solving, and problem identification skills

 

Education

  • Degree in Telecom Engineering, Economics or Business Administration. MBA would be an advantage

 

Computing skills

  • Advanced user: Powerpoint, Excel and Word. Power BI or Tableau would be a plus.

 

Languages

  • Fluent/Native Spanish&English
