WHAT DO WE DO ON THE ELEVENPATHS CTO TEAM?

 

The ElevenPaths Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a unit devoted to build, deploy and operate in-house software products. Our mission is to create value for the company by means of building our own technology.

 

We are part of the whole construction process, from the inception to the release of the product. But our work doesn't finish here, we are also in charge of deploying and operating our products, and for that we work under a "DevOps" philosophy model that allows us to remove the gap between the development and operation to deliver a product ready to production that can be easily operated

 

As part of this whole process we must define the operation protocol of our products, coordinate and help the services to be onboarded in the OBs in order to ensure the fulfillment of the Operational requirements and so guarantee the best ser-vice to the OB clients.

 

 

We are looking for a Software Service Manager Engineer passionate about new technologies, with experience delivering services in telco environments

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES?

 

In your day to day it will be usual to face tasks of the following type:

 

  • Oversee project and product delivery to customers with an absolute focus on the on-time and quality focused delivery to the client.
  • Manage and balance client expectations on service levels
  • Coordinate the integration of security products in telco networks
  • Delegate and direct service tasks, monitor the progress of all current and pending projects
  • Incidences and SLAs fulfillment follow-up
  • Post-Morten reports review
  • Definition and maintaining the operation protocol along with coordination of the different support levels
  • Ensure the right training of the OB support team 
  • Definition, evolution and follow-up of the Services Operational KPIs

 

AND FOR THAT, WE THINK IT WOULD BE IDEAL FOR YOU TO HAVE...

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of industry experience leading Service Delivery activities of software products in the Telecom Industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding of long-term planning concepts and approaches.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines, managing various tasks at once, demonstrating resilience to work in a constantly changing environment.
  • Understanding of security of systems and network issues
  • Languages:
    • Spanish High level, both writing and speaking
    • Medium - High level, both written and spoken
