Purpose of the role

The mission of this position is to guarantee that MNCs Presales Team has the necessary knowledge for the optimal elaboration of Business Cases (BCs), ensuring as well that the BCs are delivered in a timely and correct way following the process established by Finance and the Business Unit.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Ensure the MNCs Presales Team has the necessary knowledge for the optimal elaboration of BCs.
  • Ensure the BCs are delivered in a timely and correct way following the process established by Finance and the Business Unit.
  • SPOC with Finance in order to organize trainings, learning sessions, DRB process and best practices for GSEs.
  • Build good and sanity relatioships with Finance Teams.
  • SPOC with Marketing and/or BU in order to guarantee that we have the agreements and solutions needed from financial point of view.
  • Improve the internal methodology and process for the MNCs Financial scope.
  • Analyze Commercial activity reviewed in TGS Offers Committees to improve the competitivity and pricing with benchmarks. Launch actions plans.
  • Provide expert Commercial and Financial support to MNC Opportunities being able to understand the solution and the economical impact of the proposed solution.
  • Provide support to design best in class intercompany, taxes, financial models and operative models proposals.
  • Collaborate with Bid Managers and GSEs giving support for complex offers from a financial point of view.
  • Collaborate actively in the Risk Analysis of the opportunities, providing expert support on how modelling those Risks into the P&L.
  • Collaborate actively in Win/Loss reviews so that the learning and feedback model is complete.

 

Desired skills and capabilities

  • 3+ years’ working experience in Financial Architecture Consultancy applied to customer projects.
  • Experience in creating and modelling complex Business Cases.
  • Experience in Multinational business and commercial acumen.
  • Financial acumen and risk management control.
  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills – able to assimilate and analyze large quantities of information.
  • University Degree in Telecommunications or similar.
  • MBA would be definitely valued.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies would be valued.
  • Leadership with excellent communications, organizational and collaborative skills, empathy, management of relationships, open minded, proactive, curious, critical thinking, deep analytical faculties, broad strategic vision understating key market stakeholders and players, customer and business oriented providing deliverables on time, flexibility to adapt to new requirements and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
