• Industrialize the information to be able to carry out optimal business management, helping to make decisions in an agile and accurate way.
• Responsible for providing tools to business units (SF panels, analytics) and preparing revenues and gross margin forecasts, online sales and automatically on a monthly basis.
• Design, management and control of internal management processes and relationships with TGS areas.
• Preparation of the Director Plan grouping the director plans by solution and providing global and transversal vision and preparation of executive presentations to TGS Management and external.
• Responsible for transversal management in monitoring PDS, Product Streams

Purpose of the role

• The mission of this position is to guarantee and control P&L and budget for IISS (International Services) together with the best and right approach for Quarterly Forecasts -Revenues and GM (Gross Margin)- that allow us to support the rest of the team with the best information to drive the business and speed up the decision making.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up of International Services P&L and Budget control with a global vision for all IS&CE (International Services and Customer Engineering) services scope.
• Ensure IS&CE Team has the right Quarterly Forecast (Revenues and GM) for the optimal elaboration analysis with IS&CE Financial Planning and Finance.
• Ensure QFCs are delivered in a timely and correct way following the process established by IS&CE Financial Planning and Finance.
• Improve the internal methodology and process for the P&L and forecast control incorporating new methods, technics and ideas.
• Improve and agreed the methodology and process for the P&L, Commercial Offers Committee process, etc with Finance.
• Improve and agreed the methodology and process for the TGS PdS and budget control with Marketing.
• Improve and agreed the methodology and process for the Forecast control with other areas (i.e. Multinationals/Wholesale Commercial Planning and Customer Operations & Tech) and follow up of the main structural causes/issues in order to launch improvements plans.
• Support to Strategic and Transformation Projects (i.e: Kondo, etc), needs identification and requirements specification.
• Support to internal initiatives as Director Plans and lead other ones as Fidelity Plans, etc.
• Ensure IISS business monitoring through our SF/Fast/Analytics Dashboards identifying new KPIs and providing a complete view of business, customers, service towers, stages, segments, forecast, P&L, revenues, GM, etc.
• Financial acumen and risk management control.
• Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills – able to assimilate and analyze large quantities of information.
• Experience in Agile methodologies would be valued.
• Leadership with excellent communications and business coaching, organizational and collaborative skills, empathy, management of relationships and win to win oriented, open minded, proactive, curious, critical thinking, deep analytical faculties, broad strategic vision understating key market stakeholders and players, customer and business oriented providing deliverables on time, flexibility to adapt to new requirements and ability to work in VUCA environments.
• Experience creating and modelling forecast.
• Experience Multinational and International business.

Desired Qualifications

• University Degree in Telecommunications/Finance or similar.
• MBA would be valued.
• 5 years’ of experience in Financial Consultancy and Revenues & Costs control.
• Desirable, but not mandatory experience with Networking, Voice & Unified Comms, Cloud, Security and IoT solutions
• Desirable, but not mandatory kwnoledge of Telefónica Global Solutions products/services/tools

• Spanish: fluent written and spoken.
• English: fluent written and spoken.
