AREA DESCRIPTION

TGS Marketing organization is responsible to lead and manage TGS marketing and portfolio strategy. We are actively seeking a Head of Managed Network Services and CPaaS Portfolio. The successful candidate will have strong technical background working with Networking, Roaming and IoT technologies, as well as a field experience interfacing with customer requirements related to Managed Network Services and CPaaS opportunities.

 

  

MAIN DUTTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and articulating a clear product strategy and vision, aligning the product roadmap and product goals with the Company’s overall goals, market trends, and customer needs
  • Overseeing the product planning process by collaborating with cross-functional teams, prioritizing features, defining requirements, and creating a product line roadmap for the entire product development lifecycle
  • Leading and inspiring a team of product managers and coordinating their activities to ensure that they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while fostering collaboration with engineering, development team, comms and other departments.
  • Monitoring the market landscape, conducting competitive analysis, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure the product remains competitive while addressing evolving customer needs
  • Successfully plan product launches by collaborating with the development team and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and pricing

  

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A solid understanding of product management tools and processes, including proficiency in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, market research techniques, and data analysis
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and a solid understanding of business dynamics to align product initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Experience in building and managing high-performing product management teams, with business cases and metrics as proof of results
  • Familiarity with user experience research, processes, and best practices
  • Experience with detailed competitive analysis, product pricing and estimation.
  • Candidates should have solid organizational skills and be excited about working hard in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a team player and have exceptional communication skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

 

EDUCATION REQUIRED

Telco engineering

MBA Preferred

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 

5+ years experience in product management, preferably in leadership roles, with a track record of successfully managing and launching telco products

 

LANGUAGES

  • Spanish high level (written and spoken)
  • English high level (written and spoken)
  • French, portuguese, german will be highly apreciated
