Mission

As a Global Talent Partner at Telefónica, your mission is to strengthen and future-proof our talent bench by building a solid and diverse pipeline — across gender, age, experiences, and capabilities — to reinforce our competitive advantage. You will play a key role in ensuring that our organization has the right talent in place to drive our business forward in a dynamic, digital world.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve core global talent processes, ensuring consistency and excellence across all business units.
  • Design and execute talent diagnostics to assess the current talent pool, identify leadership potential, and align development efforts with organizational priorities.
  • Design and implement strategic talent initiatives that enable the growth of future-ready capabilities that support organizational transformation and business growth across regions.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders and People teams globally to embed talent strategies, ensure alignment with business needs, and support local execution.
  • Monitor and report on talent impact, using analytics and key metrics..

Required experience

  • 10+ years of experience in fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environments. Consulting background (top-tier, specialized in Executive Search and/or Leadership Advisory) is highly valued.
  • Strong expertise in designing and leading end-to-end talent initiatives (leadership hiring, talent assessment, succession planning, executive mobility etc.).
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics and leadership profiles. Deep understanding of the global talent landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, transformational talent programs with measurable business impact and strong exposure to people strategy and capability-building initiatives.

 Languages

  • Fluent Spanish and English speaker essential for this role.
  • Portuguese is a plus.
