Customer Service Assurance is a multidisciplinary team into Customer Operation & Technology at Telefonica Global Solutions that leads the Problem Management Activity into Operations. The main objective of the development of datra Driven solution s to translate the value pf the data of the service to our customer and operaion, allowing creating priorization insights, preventive solutions, automation using data as the trigger and develop solution adapted to customer project, to provide additional value into Telefonica portfolio.



Multidisciplinary team whose function is to automate and provide solutions with the use of Big Data to International Operations.



  •  Responsible for the development, maintenance and implementation of solutions, acting in coordination with development and infrastructure areas through the   support of automation, testing, delivery, distribution or others that it deems necessary with a focus on optimization and work productivity
  •  Design, develop, test and deploy extraction, transformation and load (ETL) processes of structured and unstructured data
  •  Perform complex queries on the data, ensuring accessibility and proper functioning of the system , Large volume information processing using Big Data   technologies in the cloud such as AWS.
  •  Perform builds and automations to increase efficiencies and Collaborate with customers to solve cloud challenges, especially those related to data engineering.



  • Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or similar
  • Knowledge and experience in database systems (SQL and NoSQL), data modeling, ETL tools, data APIs and cloud functionalities in multiple hyperscalers.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and its application in implemented solutions 


  • Capacity for teamwork.
  • Ability to self-train and get on board with new technologies.

  • Knowledge of ELK (Elastic search), Development in AWS
  • Knowledge of Programming languages like Python, Spark and software development methodologies
  • Networking knowledge will be valued as a plus : SDWAN, MPLS VPN, IP Networks, Cloud Services, Security Knowledge 
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence.



  • Experience in a data engineering or related role.
  • Experience in software development and Big data solutions of at least 2 years. Will be valued



  • Advanced English an Spanish
