The CUSTOMER PROJECTS OFFICE manages large TIC services integration projects for our international business customers. This team of experts are dedicated to understanding the business needs and providing technical and consulting support to turn them into reality, accompanying them in the design, outsourcing, transformation and management of customized TIC solutions.



The TECHNICAL EXPERT NETWORKING AND SECURITY is responsible for defining the technical architecture of services to be offered to the client in the Pre-sale, Negotiation, Transition, Transformation and Production phases.



  • Responsible for the design of the technical solution with a client vision (cost, term, functional) and for providing the parts corresponding to Networking and Security services.
  • Participate in the T&T plan. Also take part in the technical Operational Validations and in the design and implementation of the service model



  1. Responsible for the specialized technical dialogue with users and sponsors, as well as anyone else who is involved in determining theclient's needs in the services of their experience and specialization.
  2. Establishes the technical architecture of the client "As-Is".
  3. Designs the technical architecture of the final scenario of the client "To-Be", based on the needs of the user, as well as other limitingfactors such as maximum sale price, costs and times.
  4. Ensures that the technical architecture is consistent, complete, effective, efficient, processable, provisionable, operable and billable, insuch a way as to ensure cost optimization using the highest possible degree of industrialization based on knowledge of technology(avoiding both undersizing and oversizing).
  5. Ensures that the maximum robustness of the technical architecture "To Be" is achieved in such a way that it ensures both the portabilityof applications between different technologies, as well as the availability, capacity, continuity and security of the service.
  6. Generates a series of acceptance test requirements, which together with the designers, test engineers, and the user determine if therequirements (especially for user interfaces) defined for the “To-Be” architecture have been met. .
  7. Generates sketches, models, user guides and prototypes that describe the architecture meeting the client's requirements.
  8. Manages both with the client and internally the planning, organization, execution, assessment and documentation of the Due Diligence.



  • Deep technical knowledge in networking and security. Possessing technical certifications in this matter will be highly valued.
  • Valuable: knowledge in cloud and experience in workplace services as well.
  • Experience carrying out commercial and consultative sales tasks.
  • Experience collaborating on projects with PMP, ITIL methodologies or new ways of working (Agile, Scrum, Kanban ...).
  • English and Spanish negotiation level and highly valuable third language
