As a Technical Integration Lead you will own and drive the roadmap of the global mobile application integration methods including API roadmap and implementation, data management and translation between core systems and frontend systems, to enable our global applications framework to work with our local Telefonica Germany systems. The job includes close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders during roadmap, requirement, implementation, and certification /testing processes.

What to expect

• Responsible for the creation and delivery of the API/Integration roadmap against business priorities
• Working cross functional to understand, align and drive requirements (functional & technical)
• Responsible for the high-level technical solution design and technical governance in alignment with architects and domain owners
• Lead and co-ordinate technical solution discussions internally as well as with global stockholders
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of a knowledge repository

What you bring

• Degree in IT or comparable experience
• At least 5 years of experience in integration frameworks, including knowledge of TM Forum and REST APIs and understanding of Spring Boot and Java
• Knowledge of mobile application technologies including integration of web views and supporting systems such as content management
• Knowledge in end-to-end performance management and ability of understanding high performing systems and business logic flows
• Familiarity with Micro Services and Self-Contained Systems
• Experience as technical lead of a development team
• Experience in Agile and Lean delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, CI/CD, etc.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills; ability to work in a multiple stakeholder environment and to build consensus within and across a diverse organization 
• Sharp analytical skills with high problem-solving mindset with an entrepreneurial thinking and acting, innovative and creative approach
• Business fluent in English, German B2 – preferred
