What to expect

• You are in charge of all our social media channels and their respective performance
• Create content that attract new users and engage current users
• Analyse and understand the performance of posts and reinforce/refocus key messages accordingly and regularly
• Understand our different target groups and content strategy and can bring creative ideas 
• Help convert our brand fans into loyal customers with engaging, responsive, responsible, surprising, and captivating social media interactions
• Copywriting, including creation of live content in events 
• Lead content production from a management perspective and plans as well perform online campaigns 
• Interviews and informational content production and coordination
• Support with coordination and logistics of events happening at Wayra or virtually

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience
• Diploma or Bachelor in Marketing, Communication, Arts, Design or similar
• A burning desire for great content
• Curiosity to experience the things you write about 
• Creativity: you're excited to think outside of the box and have an eye for detail
• Passionate about Social Media and tech
• Professional communication and written skills in English and German
• Proactive: you can engage in positive conversations, product testimonials or user content
