Developing IT for tomorrow's communication with Telefónica.
Within Telefónica Germany, we develop the IT systems in different agile teams and thus build the applications to enable the communication of tomorrow.
You will work in a team that takes care of the applications to provision and manage communication connections.
We are currently transforming our system stack as part of the RAITT (Radical Architecture IT Transformation) program, working closely with our business units in an agile set-up in tribes and squads. In this exciting time, we are looking for you to join our team.

What to expect

• #Technical Design: Lead the conceptualization, technical design, and continuous development of IT applications, specializing in the Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) based on Hansen Sigma technology.
• #Application Architecture: Serve as a technical design expert, focusing on product and tariff configuration, application architecture, agile development processes, interfaces, and CI/CD, driving innovation in a microservice-oriented system landscape.
• #Technical Consultancy: Provide technical consulting and coordination, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive company-wide IT projects forward.
• #DevOps: Independently manage and guide suppliers & partners through the DevOps processes, ensuring timely and quality deliveries as part of releases, product increments, and sprints.
• #Quality Management: Continuously monitor success metrics, analyze problem areas, and implement optimization measures to enhance IT application operations and development processes.

What you bring

• A degree from a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in #computer science or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in #software development, with a strong understanding of the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) and IT Service Management (ITSM) within the telecommunications industry
• Experience with #product catalogue #applications such as #Hansen Sigma EPC/CPQ, #AWS Cloud, and familiarity with OOTB software products is advantageous.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as #.NET and #ReactJS, along with hands-on experience with OOTB/COTS products (e.g., Hansen Sigma, Netcracker, Amdocs, Salesforce).
• Excellent communication skills in both German (minimum C1 level) and English, both written and spoken.
