What to expect

• You are responsible for producing marketing content and campaigns, e.g. short videos, gifs or (info) graphics
• You will capture our events on photos and videos
• Editing and improving content for our website, for the Telefónica intranet website and our YouTube channel
• You maintain relationships with other production and project stakeholders to create engaging visual materials
• You'll bring knowledge of SEO and content development to create digital content for our blog that will help us get found via search engines and further position us as thought leaders in the startup ecosystem
• Communicate with our agencies and freelancers working in your space
• We have very strong team values and stand for reliability and ownership
• You will be part of a great team with strong values. You will be surrounded not only by the Wayra team, but also by aspiring startup founders
• You will work in a modern and spacious office in the heart of Munich with a view of the Marienplatz.

• You are very creative, but at the same time you work in a very structured way.
• You have a feeling for which type of content has the greatest effect on which target group
• You have relevant experience, e.g. in creative agencies, production companies or in comparable positions
• You are highly motivated to develop yourself in a dynamic environment
• Your strengths include constantly optimizing or developing marketing strategies and content
• The start-up world fascinates you and you are willing to expand your already solid knowledge of the latest technological trends and advances
• Skills in video production, video editing, photography and design
• Fluency in German and English
