What to expect

  • Take the lead of agile development teams in the role of an application manager
  • Work closely with the Technical product owners to drive and manage the application development and delivery
  • Manage and support the full application development live cycle from demand request till delivery
  • Plan and prioritize product and feature backlog and development for the application cluster
  • Define and optimize processes and workload in the teams to improve the delivery velocity and quality
  • Manage the team setup and resources of your cluster regarding capacity, skills, roles and budget
  • Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
  • Lead the planning of product release plans and manage the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
  • Provide an active role in mitigating issues and impediments with impact of Release/Sprint or Quality Goals
  • Provide Management Reports for your application cluster including Development plans, KPIs and clear targets


What you bring

  • Several years of experience with Front-End Channels development such as E-Commerce or Website development in large teams
  • Experience of managing the delivery of Web components in agile teams
  • Strong knowledge of Web Technologies and development teams
  • Experience to work in large cross-functional teams
  • Very good experience in Vendor managed and Application management
  • Strong Experience in agile Project Management and Development activities and its streams 
  • Very good experience in tools like JIRA and Confluence is required
  • Sharp analytical skills with high hands-on and problem solving mindset
  • Very good communication skills in English and German are a must
