The TTech Service Delivery Manager for Cybersecurity & Cloud Products will be part of the Telefonica Tech Operations & IT unit that leads TTECH operations strategy within the Telefonica group and will be responsible for achieving the expected business results for Cybersecurity & Cloud services in Germany.


The main objective of a TTech Service Delivery Manager consists of technical management of Cyber&Cloud Products deployment applied to any type of service (SDWAN, Unified Comms, IaaS, SaaS, Security products), leading the technical relationship with the OB O2 Germany regarding the implementation of the solutions. Additionally, it is required to perform tasks for technical resolution of functionalities integration requirements as defined in the product roadmap and coordination of the execution of the solution, managing the dialogue with local teams in O2 Germany.




The activities will be done as part of the Cyber&Cloud Operations team and will consist of:


  • Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) of customer escalations needs (incidents, requests, change management, improvement plans…) with customer E2E vision.
  • SLAs agrees and reporting to TCCT and Customer or vendor, including penalty metrics and measurement, deviations reporting and corrections with improvement actions.
  • Economics management of customer or vendor contracts and income insurance.
  • Governance, operative and information models definition to manage and report customer services.
  • Planning E2E deployments with 360 vision considering both technical and commercial aspects necessary to achieve the commercial launch milestone of the product.
  • Planning, coordination, and synchronization with stakeholders (business, development, engineering, operation, Obs, vendors) regarding the implementation plans and commercial launch of TCCT solutions.
  • Risk identification and mitigation.
  • Coordinating the preparation, execution, training and hand-over to local and global operation teams.
  • Support in the different phases of the projects, from the capture and presentation of costs to the coordination of technical configuration and execution deadlines.
  • Performance of transversal functions for the planning team to solve the technical integration points of functionalities defined in the product roadmap. 




  • Degree or Higher Engineering in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial or similar.
  • PMP and ITIL certifications a plus


  • Two years of experience in similar position will be a plus.


  • To perform the activity, the following capacities are required:
    • Experience in the management of technical projects with multiple stakeholders, ability to anticipate, aim to achieve the objective and solve problems.
    • Knowledge of Project Management and Service Management best practices in (PMP and ITIL certifications a plus)
    • Knowledge of the work model applied in the implementation of Cyber&Cloud solutions.
    • Knowledge of the architecture, management tools, applications and work procedures for the execution of deployments of TCCT Products.


Languages :

  • Bilingual or native German - for O2, vendors and customers relationship management.
  • Fluent English - to manage vendor relationships and customers when required
  • Spanish would be a plus - to work with Telefonica Tech headquarters
