What are your challenges with us?

We are looking for an ambitious talent to help us transform within our Technology Customer Service team.  We're working on exciting new projects, including a new streamlined agent front-end, and building new AI capabilities to improve the experience for our agents - and reduce contacts through automation.

 

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for scoping and shaping Telefonica's digital channels and omnichannel approach

  • You will work closely with business stakeholders to define the required customer journeys and with the architecture and development teams on the functional design of digital assets, libraries, micro front ends and integration
  • You will be responsible for working closely with the marketing teams - on personalization and targeting enablers for our customers
  • On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for evaluating projects/conversions and identifying future-proof and reusable solutions
  • Your responsibilities will also include evaluating mobile applications and aligning global teams, understanding the future of eCommerce and self-serve platforms, working with the web domains, and defining reusable integration patterns in close collaboration with the technical and domain architecture teams
  • Collaborate with Telefonica's transformation program to enable and deliver the future state of digital channels and integration

 

What are you bringing?

  • Completed studies or training in the IT field or comparable experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the cloud industry

  • Detailed technical knowledge as a business analyst, understanding of product catalog and front-end technologies

  • Detailed requirements assessment and ability to collaborate with technical teams

  • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders in defining, refining and evaluating business requirements / KPIs and objectives

  • Experience working in an agile environment

  • Experience with Continuous Delivery and working closely with delivery and development teams

  • Very strong knowledge of requirements analysis and evaluation

  • Strong analytical thinking skills and results orientation

  • Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team up to Senior Mgmt. Level

  • Experience working with multicultural international project teams across multiple cultures / locations

  • High ability to work under pressure, reliability and assertiveness in a dynamic environment

  • Strong team orientation, ability to motivate and organizational skills

  • Structured, self-reliant and results-oriented way of working with a high degree of initiative

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, innovative and creative approach

  • Business fluent in English
