What are your challenges with us?

  • As a a Scrum Master at Telefónica, you will work as member of our agile scrum teams on the develop of the Sales & Service Web Architecture for all major Telefónica Web application based on a Micro Service, Micro Frontend and Self-Contained System approach.
  • You will work together with your team(s) and take responsibility for the continuous improvement of your team health and efficiency of the agile product development.
  • In cooperation with the product owner, you create optimal conditions and freedom for efficient and determined, self-organized teams.
  • Together with the team, you find a way to harmonize the needs of the DevOps world with product development.
  • You identify and eliminate conflicts, obstacles and risks at an early stage.
  • You accompany and coach the team through the various phases of team development and strengthen them with suitable formats.
  • You moderate sprints with the help of common moderation and presentation techniques.
  • You promote transparent communication and knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Your effort is critical as you will need to deliver products that helps make our customer wishes and company vision reality.
  • We aim for teams that are helpful and have a strong sense of ownership for the things they are creating.

 

What are you bringing?

  • Degree or training in IT and/or Psychology or comparable experience
  • An agile mindset and a clear understanding of human-centered leadership at eye level 
  • At least 3 years of (professional) experience
  • Background in IT and a very good understanding of software development methods and the daily challenges in a product development team
  • Experience with scaling approaches, such as Scrum of Scrums, LeSS, SAFe, is desirable
  • You know the specific needs and challenges of DevOps teams
  • You have an extensive toolbox of methods for moderating, designing and conducting workshops
  • Experience in dealing with conflicts and resolving them within a team
  • Very good communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
  • The ability to build trust and bonds with agile teams and management
  • Business fluent in German and English
