Description of Department / Team 

With the newly founded "Business Solutions" unit of our O2 Telefónica business customer area (B2B), we will offer even more specialized solutions for business customers in the areas of cloud & security (incl.SD-WAN), IoT and private 5G (campus networks). 

Our offerings range from standardized products to tailor-made solutions for our customers in the medium-sized and large customer segment. Our focus here is on new, innovative topics and modern approaches. Through new partnerships and taking into account existing cloud solutions, we as O2 B2B Solutions are able to integrate new SaaS offerings and interact even more closely with customers. Our goal is to be an integral part of digital business transformation as well as THE reliable and strong partner at our customers’ side. As a pioneer in the field of 5G as well as IoT, we are particularly proud to be able to advise, deliver and implement future-oriented solutions. 

 

Our "Business Solutions” unit is therefore set up as an integrated segment within our business customer area with close connections to all other relevant units and selected technology and product partners.

What are your challenges with us? 

  • Supporting the acquisition of new customers and pro-active management of existing customers for standard Telefónica B2B products 

  • Product expert role in cooperation with B2B account managers 

  • Pro-active selling (in a consultative way) of the entire product portfolio 

  • Active management of customer through the entire sales cycle as well as lifetime mgmt. through top-down relationship mgmt. (supported by the board as appropriate) 

  • Pro-active analysis and qualification of prospects 

  • Competitor and market analysis, feedback to mgmt. and adaption of selling approach accordingly 

  • Development of product use cases, value proposition material and agreements on strategic and operational targets 

 

What are you bringing? 

  • Proven track record: +5 years of supporting B2B relationships and effectively implementing standard digital products meeting business and clients needs and driving business results 

  • +5 years of experience in digital product sales with proven track record (Please state clearly in your application/CV if you have experience in one of the following fields: Digital Phone, Digital Device Management, Cybersecurity, MS 365)   

  • Expert know-how of standard telecommunication & digital products, their market and trends 

  • Good customer presentation and influencing skills 

  • Broad understanding of customer needs, business cases and how customers use our technology 

  • Strong business acumen paired with strategic, conceptual and analytic thinking 

  • Great team player and organizer 

  • Pro-active, consultative and independent way of working 

  • Economic and/or technical educational background 

  • Professional proficiency of English and German
