What are your challenges with us? 

  • Develop and Lead a technical security expert team of internals and externals to provide a consistent high-quality service to the organization
  • Improve processes and interfaces to the organization to support and verify the secure design and operation by application teams
  • Manage the performance of the internal team and external vendors extending the Cyber Enablement team together with the workbench management
  • Coordination with peer team leads across the Security organization
  • Advocate the Cyber Enablement team across Telefonica by organizing training, presentations and management reporting

 

What are you bringing? 

  • Bachelor/ Master/ PhD degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, including security architecture, and proven ability to build up and lead a team of technical security experts
  • Strong background experience in cyber security, working within large and complex organisations/projects, general knowledge about public cloud platforms, virtualization stacks, security automation, network architecture, Identity and Access Management and encryption
  • Experience in leading agile teams
