Description of Department / Team

With the newly founded "Business Solutions" unit of our O2 Telefónica business customer area (B2B), we will offer even more specialized solutions for business customers in the areas of cloud  security (incl.SD-WAN), IoT and private 5G (campus networks).

Our offerings range from standardized products to tailor-made solutions for our customers in the medium-sized and large customer segment. Our focus here is on new, innovative topics and modern approaches, which allow us to interact even more closely with customers and become an integral part of your digital business transformation. As a pioneer in the field of 5G as well as IoT, we are particularly proud to be able to advise, deliver and implement future-oriented solutions.


Our "Business Solutions” unit is therefore set up as an integrated segment within our business customer area with close connections to all other relevant units and selected technology and product partners.

What are your challenges with us?

  • Acquisition of new Business Solutions customers and management of existing customers
  • Selling (in a consultative way) of the entire Telefónica Business Solutions product portfolio
  • Inclusion and management of internal resources (Pricing/Commercial/Bid Mgmt., Contract Mgmt., E2E Solution Delivery Mgmt.) during acquisition process and lead qualification
  • Independent management of customer throughout the sales cycle as well as in-life mgmt. through top-down relationship mgmt. (supported by management as appropriate)
  • Implementation of GTM approach and sales strategy as well as supporting the definition of new requirements for product solutions and data analytics teams
  • Independent analysis and qualification of prospects, competitor and market, feedback to mgmt. and adjustment of selling approach
  • Development of customer value proposition and agreements on strategic and operational targets with the customer

 

What are you bringing? 

  • Proven track record: +3 years of developing large corporate and medium size company relationships and effectively implementing sales solutions meeting business and client needs and driving business results
  • +3 years of experience in technical solution sales (Please state clearly in your application/CV if you have experience in one of the following fields SD-WAN, Cloud & Security, IoT, p5G, ...) with proven track record in solution development together with product and engineering teams
  • Profound know-how of business solutions & digital products, their market and trends combined with understanding of customer needs, business cases and how customers use our technology
  • Management-level customer presentation and influencing skills, leveraging best-in-class sales and communication techniques to accelerate solution goals
  • Clear business acumen paired with strategic, conceptual and analytic thinking
  • Enthusiastic team player and good organizer who’s comfortable shaping new ''Cloud & Telco'' specific solutions within an evolving environment
  • Independent, consultative and independent way of working
  • Academic background with economic and/or technical focus
  • Professional proficiency of English and German
