Job Title: Client Manager

Reporting to: Client Director

Department: Sales, Private Sector

Location: Leeds/ Birmingham/ Manchester

Closing Date: 27th June

 

We have an opportunity for a Client Manager in the Private Enterprise Accounts Team. Working closely with the Client Director, Sales Manager, and other resources such as Product, Service, Finance, and Specialists, you will ensure all the Managed Accounts KPIs are met, taking ownership of both personal and team objectives. This is a phenomenal opportunity for you to join us and own and grow a portfolio of our high-value Accounts.

 

About the team:

 

Private Sector Sales is a significant contributor to the Telefonica UK Business Division. The Enterprise Accounts Strategy is based on outstanding client relationships that enable the retention and growth of a defined base of business customers.

Client Managers play a meaningful role in the Enterprise Team with responsibility for Revenue and Contract Value growth, whilst leading innovation and customer experience to ensure that our customers realise the business benefits from our Mobile and ICT Portfolio, and become brand advocates for VMO2 Business through our NPS program

The must-haves

 

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

 

  • Excellent market knowledge
  • Proven track record of Strategic Sales Skills
  • Previous Client Management experience
  • Confident communicator and negotiator
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to build effective cross-functional working relationships
  • Ability to Drive and define timescales and client decision-making processes
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • IT's literate - Excel, word, report creation.

 

The nice to have:

 

  • Good understanding of ICT Services and Communications
  • Strong IT knowledge with convergence technologies.
  • Products and services knowledge including IT hardware
