About the Team

This team is expected to fully understand the customer needs, requirements, and their plans in order to offer them the best mobile and digital solution for their business. The accounts will be our "Medium Business “customer base with 50-249 employees.

 

About the role

This is a Field Based Role within Medium Business Account Management, but you will be expected to visit all your clients each quarter to build solid relationships. You will be responsible for maximising revenue streams (upselling) digital products and services. These include products/services such as Maas, Isavie, Microsoft 365, Box, Lync and Just call me. You will be expected to fully understand your clients` needs and their future plans in order to offer them the best digital solution. Your clients will be our Medium Business" (SMB) clients who`s size range from 50-249 employees.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a customer base which will always be within contract terms and will demonstrate year on year growth
  • Sell Telefonica`s product and service portfolio into the customer account base
  • Deliver results. This includes developing and implementing action plans for delivering results, pipeline management, forecasting, analysing performance statistics,
  • Record, analyse and administer business information using specified business systems and use to identify new opportunities
  • Understand your customers business strategy and create your customer plan and deliver on it
  • DSSS Engagement on ALL accounts in this sector with clear Digital transformation plan for all your accounts

 

What We Need from You:

Essential Skills:

  • B2B sales experience in an environment that requires delivery multiple sales KPI’s
  • Experience of "solution selling" or complex sales
  • An understanding of the digital sector and how the digital movement effects medium sized businesses (our clients)
  • Strong communication skills – orally and written 
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Able to Keep up to date with changes in products, services and competencies through self-learning and self-development
