About the role

Provide analysis from the core billing platforms to support in the production and improvement of the billing Accuracy KPI’s.

Develop New Billing Controls based on business logic to improve our control framework utilising available data sources.

Produce bespoke analysis to assist in the investigation of our continuous improvement programme.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the monthly data production of the Billing Accuracy dashboard. Designing and building further automation.
  • Utilising SQL to support in the maintenance, design and build new billing controls.
  • Assist in the development build and ongoing maintenance of the Billing controls framework maps.
  • Develop further billing accuracy reporting, working with the Billing Accuracy Manager to identify key trends and findings from data analysis activities and KPI monitoring.
  • Assist in the proactive investigations and collaborate with teams across the business to identify billing accuracy issues.


What We Need from You:

  • Strong SQL and DAX programming skills.
  • Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data to provide reliable MI
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Experience of billing processes and the components of billing accuracy (completeness, accuracy and timeliness) [is desirable]   
  • Solid understanding of Telecoms [is desirable]
