Sourcing Specilist/ Manager Network Procurement Germany

Telefónica Global Services GmbH (TGS) is the Procurement Organization for Telefónica situated in Ismaning (close to Munich) with 120 employes. All worldwide procurement activities of Telefónica are driven by TGS. Our local team is responsible for the Telefonica Operation in Germany in close relationship to the global Procurement team responsible for Europe and Latin- America. 

Your job:
•    YOU lead purchasing, price, and contract #negotiations independently for the Telefónica network area, e.g.: 5G core equipment, servers, transport equipment, software, installation, maintenance.
•    YOU develop and implement #sourcing strategies in close collaboration with the technical department and the global buyers.
•    YOU create concepts, decision templates and presentations for the #management. 
•    YOU work in close #collaboration with the technical, financial, and legal departments.
•    YOU are responsible for the #supplier management and #stakeholder management of your own categories.
•    YOU create tenders with the global purchasing platform (#GEP SMART) and monitor the in-life management of contracts (#SAP).

Your skills:
•    YOU have successfully completed a degree in #business, #engineering or a related field. Experience in procurement is desirable but not mandatory.
•    YOU have a structured, solution- and result-oriented way of working.
•    YOU are highly interested in technical insides. 
•    YOU have negotiations skills and the ability to build effective relationships with technicians and suppliers.
•    YOU have excellent communication and coordination skills.
•    YOU speak, write, and understand both #English and #German fluently. Spanish is an advantage.
•    YOU have an medium to advance knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
