Within TGS our Procurement Germany area is responsible to steer all Procurement activities for Telefónica's Germany.

Therefore, we are looking for a top-motivated and flexible Office & Operations Specialist having fun in moving things.
 
What you’ll be doing?

  • You will be the primary contact for the top management team within Procurement Germany
  • Office Management:
    • Conception, planning, follow-up of external/internal physical, digital and hybrid meetings and events
    • Booking of travels and creation of travel expense reports for the management team
    • Coordination of Facility Management activities incl. order and invoice management for the department
  • Support in the HR process regarding the search as well as on- and off-boarding of employees
  • Procurement Hotline – handling inquires of users which need support to complete their purchase request in the system
  • Supplier Management – conduction of evaluations and developments of selected strategic suppliers. Coordination of involved stakeholders as buyer, business owner, supplier etc. on all levels

 

What you bring along?

  • Professional qualification or university degree
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience
  • Very structured, reliable and independent way of working, as well as organizational talent
  • Ability to act confidently even in challenging situations 
  • Flexibility in finding solutions
  • High degree of creativity and inventiveness
  • Distinct willingness to serve and obliging manner towards internal and external customers
  • Digital and technology-savvy, very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Precise verbal and written expression in German and English as well as the right feeling for language and target group communication, Spanish is a plus 
  • Having fun working in a diverse team within an international environment
