Multi Category Buyer (m/w/d) Global Procurement Transformation Project (9 months FTC)

Location: Ismaning (Munich Area) - Hybrid Work Setup

TGS is a Global Procurement team that supports Telefonica Operation in Europe and Latin- America.

This includes the global responsibilities in all procurement opportunities. We are looking for a creative and proactive Multi Category Buyer who wants to gain experience in the procurement industry.

Your mission:

• Active participation in a project to transform the Global Procurement Organisation.
• The aim of the "Transformation & Digitalization" project is to adapt the Global Procurement Organization to the transformation plan of the Telefónica group and the changes of the last decade in the overall market landscape.

Key Accountabilities:

• Active support in the forthcoming of the transformation and digitalization project
• Assist in the coordination of procurement processes in the area of services and works.
• Support Global Procurement team in administrative and organization tasks, such as e-sourcing, e-auctions, and procurement process management. 
• Responsibility for the preparation of administrative documents, using the corporate tools prepared to this effect, keeping in mind the fulfillment of the principles of the model (transparency, equal opportunities, unanimity in the decision) and regulations, as well as in the relation to the process information.
• Creation of internal reports on KPI achievement, main negotiation events, spend analysis, catalogues and suppliers.

Your skills:

• First experience in an international procurement environment are a plus.
• Analytical thinking.

• Very good language proficiency in English and ideally Spanish
