What are your challenges with us?

• Independent project management and E2E responsibility for complex customer projects from the conclusion of the contract to taking over the project from service management
• Ensuring the actual transferred project requirements in terms of quality, costs and scheduling
• Project management of large international, cross-departmental projects including ensuring the correct course of the project, started by planning through the conception phase to the final implementation
• Independent planning, management and control of project activities, identification of issues and risks and initiation of countermeasures, preparation of decision bases and ensuring that decisions are made.
• Close cooperation with all departments and interfaces of the business customer area and other sub-areas of the company as well as the international interfaces of Telefónica.
• Project reporting (internal and external) and ensuring project documentation
• Ensuring the contractual commitment between Telefónica and its partners and customers
• Customer Relationship Management

What are you bringing?

• Completed studies with a focus on business administration, industrial engineering or comparable. Businessperson with a strong technical understanding or engineer with a strong commercial understanding
• Understanding of the B2B market and experience in (technical) leadership of teams and/or project teams
• Project experience in the retail sector
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the ICT industry
• Experience in managing (external) service providers
• Several years of project management experience, proficient in using the appropriate tools
• Challenger DNA with entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and flexibility, presentation security, communication skills, assertiveness
• Innovative, disruptive mindset that sees renewal as an opportunity and drives it forward
• High social skills and the ability to act in a targeted manner at management level
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, high level of initiative and commitment
• Excellent analytical, structured and independent way of working
• Fluent German and English skills
• Experience from working in a consultancy
• Experience in providing services to customers
