The Unit

The Wholesale Global Customers team is focused in providing global telecommunication services for fixed and mobile carriers, ISPs, resllers, IOT players and content providers.

 

Main Duties

The Global Wholesale Customers Account Manager is responsible for:

  • Negotiate and sell Telecommunications products and solutions to key decision makers within the wholesale market (Carriers, ISP, CSPs, UCCAS, Hyperscalers, OTTs, Resellers, Aggregators, Distributors, MNOs, MVNOs, IOT players...)
  • Achieve annual sales targets assigned in coordination with the Company's strategic plan
  • Collaborate in new leads Generation campaigns and activities
  • Build key customer relationships with existing and future customers
  • Establish and build on relationships within the organization, communicating effectively with all areas
  • Utilize Salesforce to ensure proper pipeline management and reporting to upper management

 

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of telecommunications market
  • 5 + years of progressive sales experience, achieving sales targets of telecommunications solutions and services
  • Experience working in telecom areas of Data and Voice services
  • Network of relevant contacts within strategic accounts (such as but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Dish, Amazon, Google, Twilio, Syniverse, Vonage, Comcast....)
  • Ability to coordinate cross functional people in international environments to achieve tactical and strategic targets
  • An individual must also have excellent communication in English ( Spanish is a plus) both oral and written
  • Travel is required, up to 30%
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred
  • Ability to effectively present information to customers, top management, public groups, and/or boards
  • Participation in several Wholesale Market international events to have meeting with existing and potential customers, and to learn the new trends of the market. 
  • Sales hunting profile, with great ability to get in contact with new potential customers, penetrate the organization and to look for the right contacts. 

  • Openness, positive attitude, teamwork spirit, are qualities which will be taking into consideration.
