What are your challenges with us?

  • drive the operational and strategic execution of Security Targets
  • Drive strategic initiatives and/or discrete projects on behalf of our CISO and the Security leadership team.
  • Process Excellence - working innovative and agile
  • Accountable for Unit Service Design und Process Performance
  • Internal Customer Journey (Department is our customer) / consistent customer perspective
  • Knowledge Transfer
  • Coordinate current and future Transformation in Security for and with Chief Information Security Officer / Head of Cyber Security
  • Accountable for New Business model / Innovation Development (Security Trend Radar)
  • Transform Security Organisation into Agile Project Management Methods
  • Align and drive successful cooperation in each procurement process for security department
  • Accountable for Capex / Opex Budgeting Process of Security Department
  • Internal & External Representation/Marketing of Security (all over)
  • Internal & External Social Media Work for Security
  • Engage with stakeholders/groups outside of Security in support of the Customer (inside and outside) the organization
  • Build strong connections across all leadership inside and outside of the Organization
  • Identify, Create and report the most critical metrics and reporting criteria e.g. Key Performance Indicators


What are you bringing?

  • Completed university studies or comparable in subject area (Service Design/Economics)
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience in 4 of the six areas listed above

a) Transformation

f) Key Performance Indicators

  • Comprehensive knowledge in the area of PMO, Transformation, Marketing & Communication
  • Comprehensive knowledge of related or interdisciplinary areas such as IT / Security through at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in implementing change processes
  • Very good negotiation and communication skills
  • High reliability and assertiveness in a dynamic environment
  • Strong team orientation, ability to motivate and organizational skills
  • Structured, self-reliant and results-oriented way of working with a high level of initiative
